Sanibel Island. Those west coast beach sands, whiter than the ones on my side of Florida. Must be all those sea shells. So tranquil and beautiful. A much needed getaway - though not nearly long enough - last weekend. We spent time with family, chilling on the beach and enjoying rum punch and crunchy grouper sandwiches at the Casa Ybel Resort's outdoor bistro.
I won't write too much this time. Just go if you can. There's an unexplainable peace about the place.
