Horror Month '25

Welcome, my dear invisible audience to Horror Month 2025.  This year's offerings are particularly ghoulish, so if you like your cinema served extra terrifying you should be satisfied with many of these picks.  As usual, there are lowbrow and highbrow movies from several decades.  Mostly lowbrow, as this genre tends to go.

We have classic movie monsters, an anthology, murderous siblings, unlucky teens in the woods, alien forms, holiday horror (again), sexy vampires, folks rising from the dead, oodles of creepy atmosphere, very dark comedy, great music, and even one related to my profession of audiology.  Possibly the most intense one deals with a disintegrating marriage, with a rather odd manifest.

Reminder: Lamplight Drivel assumes no responsibility for any bad dreams or PTSD that may result from tuning in to these movies.   Thank you.

This is scary. And I am not invisible, though I am indivisible.

"Indivisible" sounds like a horror movie title. Possibly of the literal kind.
